Composée de tubes d’échafaudage et de grands tubes d’acier disposés dans l’espace et accompagnée d’une série de blocs de pierre carrotés, l’installation SOUFFLE fonctionne comme un dispositif sonore polyphonique. Certains tubes diffusent des enregistrements d’énergies et de flux souterrains captés sous terre, d’autres portent des voix humaines, tantôt en harmonie, tantôt en tension. Cette circulation de sons crée un paysage acoustique instable, où se mêlent forces naturelles et présences humaines. L’ensemble propose une tentative de reconnexion sensible à la terre, à ses strates invisibles et à ses dynamiques énergétiques, en faisant de l’espace d’exposition un lieu d’écoute autant que de perception physique.
Composed of scaffolding tubes and large steel pipes arranged throughout the space, and accompanied by a series of cored stone blocks, the installation SOUFFLE functions as a polyphonic sound system. Some tubes broadcast recordings of underground energies and flows captured beneath the earth, while others carry human voices, at times in harmony, at times in tension. This movement of sounds creates an unstable acoustic landscape, blending natural forces and human presences. The work proposes a tentative sensitive reconnection to the earth, to its invisible strata and its energetic dynamics, turning the exhibition space into a place of listening as much as physical perception.
