Standing rocks #11 consiste en une grande colonne de pierre dont la forme brute garde la mémoire du temps. Des miroirs gris fumé, découpés selon le profil de chaque pierre, y trouvent leur place : fragiles et réfléchissants, ils renvoient la pierre à elle-même tout en ouvrant littéralement de nouvelles perspectives. À chaque angle, le spectateur découvre un point de vue inédit, et le contraste entre matière et reflet transforme la contemplation en une expérience de perception renouvelée.
Standing rocks #11 is a large stone column whose raw forms retain the memory of time. Smoked grey mirrors, cut to match the profile of each stone, find their place upon them: fragile and reflective, they return the stone to itself while opening new perspectives. From every angle, the viewer encounters an unexpected point of view, and the contrast between matter and reflection transforms contemplation into a renewed perceptual experience.
